  • We require a deposit for several reasons. Firstly, by asking for a deposit, we can secure your spot in our calendars and begin the necessary preparations for your appointment. This allows our artists to allocate a specific amount of time and resources to create your design and ensure that everything is set up and ready for your tattoo.

    Additionally, the deposit serves as a commitment from clients, indicating their seriousness and dedication to the tattooing process. We want to ensure that you are here and on time for your appointment, as our artists dedicate their time and expertise to provide you with the best possible experience.

    The deposit amount will be determined by your artist and will count towards the overall price of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, the deposit will be deducted from the final session.

    It's important to note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, failure to show up for your appointment, or providing less than 72 hours' notice from the day of your tattoo to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. Similarly, if you reschedule more than three times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

    If you need to cancel indefinitely or are unsure of when you can reschedule, your deposit will remain valid for up to 6 months. However, if no appointment date has been confirmed or if there is no communication from you within this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to go through the entire booking process again with a new deposit.

    We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time. If you anticipate running late, please call our studio to inform us. *However, please note that if you are more than a half-hour late without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.

    We highly value our time and yours, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

    Furthermore, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please note that your deposit will be forfeited if you reschedule more than three times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice provided.

    Our gift cards are available n increments of $100, $200, and $500.

    However, there is a slight condition to purchasing our gift cards. They are currently only available to clients who have an appointment with us. This is to ensure that the recipient of the gift card will be able to use it without any inconvenience. We want to make sure that the artist they choose has availability and specializes in their desired tattoo idea. But if you know someone who is getting a tattoo soon, our gift cards make a fantastic gift!

    Please keep in mind that your guest must be over the age of 18 to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We kindly ask that you and your guest are respectful of others in the studio. Excessive guests or disruptive behavior may disrupt the peaceful atmosphere and distract our artists from their work. In such cases, we may kindly request that the excess or disruptive guests leave the studio.
