Additionally, the deposit serves as a commitment from clients, indicating their seriousness and dedication to the tattooing process. The deposit amount will be determined by your artist and will count towards the overall price of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, the deposit will be deducted from the final session.

It's important to note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, failure to show up for your appointment, or providing less than 72 hours' notice from the day of your tattoo to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. Similarly, if you reschedule more than three times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

**Effective immediately, a $100 rescheduling fee will be applied for any reschedules made outside the 72-hour policy window. This fee will be deducted from your deposit.

(*Please note, you may need to replenish your deposit to proceed with any new bookings.)

If you need to cancel indefinitely or are unsure of when you can reschedule, your deposit will remain valid for up to 6 months. However, if no appointment date has been confirmed or if there is no communication from you within this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to go through the entire booking process again with a new deposit.

We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time. If you anticipate running late, please call our studio to inform us. *However, please note that if you are more than a half-hour late without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
